We do not solicit customers during inconvenient hours or at inconvenient places.

3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

When soliciting customers, we shall always ensure the trust of customers and strictly comply with the Banking Act and other laws and regulations. Also, we shall strive to strengthen our internal control system so that appropriate solicitations can be made in accordance with this solicitation policy.

4. Employee training

Executives and employees shall constantly improve their knowledge and skills to fulfill the expectations of our customers.

5. Inquiries, comments, requests, etc.

We shall respond promptly and sincerely to inquiries, comments, requests, etc. from customers.
