Procedures for making a fund trasfer via the "Inquiry" page after signing in to our English online banking

To make a fund transfer, please proceed with the following instructions.
Please sign in and request a fund transfer using the form "Email inquiry" on the top page of our English online banking.

• Topic: Please select "Fund transfer / Deposit and withdrawal".
• Inquiry: Please input all the required information under the "Inquiry Details".

Please note that we may ask you to submit your residence card as a personal identity document upon confirmation of your request.

Inquiry Details

Request for making a fund transfer / registering a new beneficiary

I request that Sony Bank make a fund transfer of the amount I specified from the Yen savings account under my name as stated in the "Remitter name" section to the account to which the fund transfer is to be made as I specified. I agree to the following "Items to be confirmed" and "NOTE" statements and confirm that I am responsible for any delays or errors in processing a fund transfer and that I will not cause any inconvenience to Sony Bank.
If this fund transfer is for a new beneficiary account, I request that Sony Bank register the beneficiary on my behalf.

Items to be confirmed:
・The fund transfer I request does not fall under the North Korea or Iran related regulations of the "Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act".
・The final beneficiary (in the case of a corporation, etc., including its effective person in control) is not a resident of North Korea (including a person, corporation, etc., with an address or other place of residence or headquarters in North Korea).
・The fund transfer I request is not subject to the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC").

NOTE:
・It takes several business days from the time of the fund transfer request until the completion of the fund transfer.
・If the information provided is incomplete or if your Yen savings account balance is insufficient, the fund transfer cannot be processed.
