Article 1 - Method of Transactions
1.When the customer carries out transactions with the Company, the customer may request for a transaction on a personal computer or smartphone provided with connection to the Internet, etc. (collectively "Terminal"), or by any other method the Company specifies and, in addition, the customer may carry out transactions on automated teller machines (ATM) of financial institutions which are affiliated with the Company (Terminals and ATMs, collectively "Terminal, etc.").
2.Transactions via the Internet on Terminals shall be referred to as the "Internet Banking".

2.Transactions via the Internet on personal computers or smartphones shall be referred to as the “Internet Banking”.

The customer shall notify the Company of the various passwords as follows in advance for transactions with the Company.
(1)Sign-in password
In the Internet Banking, a Sign-in password is used for signing in from the Company's website to the Banking Service page, etc.
(2)Cash card PIN
This code is used when the customer uses his/her cash card or loan card the Company has issued for the yen savings account or cash advance account at an ATM (including automatic cash dispenser) of other financial institutions which are affiliated with the Company in Japan.
(3)Security question
This is used for execution of various Banking Services in the Internet Banking.

5.Input error of the Passwords, etc.
(1)Cash card PIN
If the customer inputs any number different from the registered Cash card PIN the number of times prescribed by the Company consecutively, the Company will send him/her a notice to that effect via e-mail. In such a case, the customer needs to follow the methods prescribed by the Company to change the Cash card PIN.
(2)Other passwords
If the customer inputs any password different from the registered Sign-in password, Security question, verification number issued by the Company or one-time password the number of times prescribed by the Company consecutively, the Company will send him/her a notice to that effect via e-mail and stop handling of such Passwords, etc. for a certain period. In order to resume transactions during such suspension period, the customer needs to contact the Company and follow the prescribed procedures.

In the Internet Banking, a Sign-on password is used for signing on from the home page of the Company’s website to the Banking Service page.

This code is used when the customer uses his/her cash card or loan card the Company has issued for the yen savings account or cash advance account at an ATM (including automatic cash dispenser) of other financial institutions which are affiliated with the Company in Japan, or when the customer logs into the Banking Service page on the mobile phone, etc., which was notified to the Company in advance.

5.Input error of the Passwords, etc.
(1)Cash card PIN
If the customer inputs any number different from the registered Cash card PIN the number of times prescribed by the Company consecutively, the Company will send him/her a notice to that effect via e-mail. In such a case, the customer needs to follow the procedures prescribed by the Company to change the Cash card PIN.
(2)Other passwords
If the customer inputs any password different from the registered Sign-on password, Transaction PIN or Security question the number of times prescribed by the Company consecutively, the Company will send him/her a notice to that effect via e-mail and stop handling of such Passwords, etc. for a certain period. In order to resume transactions during such suspension period, the customer needs to contact the Company and follow the prescribed procedures.

(2)The customer shall check the content returned as described in (1) above and, if the content is correct, in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company, he/she shall send a reply to the effect that he/she has acknowledged the content. If the customer would like to change or cancel the request content, he/she needs to change or cancel the request in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

In case the reply in paragraph 2, item (2) reaches the Company within the prescribed time and, the computer processing at the Company is completed, the Company will deem that the transaction request from the customer is fixed and perform processing the transaction.

In case the reply in paragraph 2, item (2) reaches the Company within the prescribed time and, as a result of the collation of the input Passwords, etc. with the Passwords, etc. notified to us in advance, the passwords are found identical, the Company will deem that the transaction request from the customer is fixed and perform processing the transaction.

The customer may reserve a transfer request through the Internet Banking specifying any day on or after the day following the terminal operation date as the date for transfer notice transmission (in the case of transfer to other banks, however, the customer cannot reserve any date when the Zengin System is not in operation as the transfer notice transmission date). On the transfer notice transmission date, the Company withdraws the funds for transfer and then transmit a transfer notice. The Company may change the period where transfer reservation is available without giving prior notice.

The date for transfer notice transmission may be specified on any date within the period until the end of the month following the month to which the termination operation date belongs. Note that, on the transfer notice transmission date, the Company withdraws the funds for transfer and then transmit a transfer notice. The Company may change the period where transfer reservation is available without giving prior notice.

The Account Opening Application Software means dedicated software which is installed on a computer terminal which enables the customer to connect to and browse the Internet and to use the service.

3.The Company will accept any application for a limit order for not less than 1,000 yen or the currency unit prescribed by the Company for each foreign currency, in a unit of one (1) yen or in fractional currency units.
4.The Company will not accept applications for a limit order if:
(1)the limit price exceeds the range of rates prescribed by the Company;

5.The customer may set an expiry date for his/her limit order which can be any time every hour up to ninety (90) days from the date of the application. If the customer does not set an expiry date, such limit order will expire at 11:59 p.m. on the date of the application.

3.The Company will accept any application for a limit order for not less than 0.1 million yen or the currency unit prescribed by the Company for each foreign currency, in a unit of one (1) yen or in fractional currency units.
4.The Company will not accept applications for a limit order if:
(1)the limit price exceeds the range of rates (TTS rates or TTB rates quoted by the Company) prescribed by the Company;

5.The customer may set an expiry date for his/her limit order which can be any time every hour up to thirty (30) days from the date of the application. If the customer does not set an expiry date, such limit order will expire at 11:59 p.m. on the date of the application.

Article 2 - Transfer Application
1.Applications for Transfer ("Transfer Application") shall be handled in the following manner:

(2)The Company will accept a Transfer Application based on the information the customer entered on a Terminal, etc. Any Transfer Application which instructs the Transfer to be processed on the date of the Application shall be handled as a Transfer Application, and any Transfer Application which instructs the Transfer to be processed on the day following the date of the Application or any subsequent day shall be handled as an application for scheduled transfer. Furthermore, a transfer instruction date can be set until the last day of the following month from the application date. Note that if the beneficiary account is set up with other financial institutions, the transfer instruction date is limited to the business days of the financial institution.
(3)The Customer may request regular scheduled date and fixed amount fund transfers ("Regular Scheduled Date Transfer" or "Omakase Furikomi") to the financial institution of the pre-registered fund transfer beneficiary. The Customer can register, change, pause, resume, or cancel in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company. The Company will automatically process the Regular Scheduled Date Transfer as a periodic action set by the Customer. If the set date by the Customer does not exist in the month, the Regular Scheduled Date Transfer will be actioned on the last business day of the month (if the beneficiary account is at another financial institution). Also, if the set date does not fall under the business day of the month for the beneficiary financial institution, the Regular Scheduled Date Transfer will be actioned on the business day prior to or after the specified date set by the Customer.

These terms and conditions (these "Terms and Conditions") are stipulated for the following services ("Service") provided by Sony Bank ("Company").
The customer shall conduct transactions after confirming that these Terms and Conditions constitute the Foreign Currency Remittance transaction agreement.

3.Once the Pre-Registration is completed by the customer, the Company checks the content pursuant to the applicable foreign exchange laws and regulations, the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds, etc. through the review process prescribed by the Company. In addition, the Company may contact the customer to verify the content of the Pre-Registration. Depending on the result of such review process, the Company may refuse the registration or request the customer to modify its content, at the Company's sole discretion. In this connection, if the Company contacts the customer for verification purposes but the customer fails to provide a response within a reasonable period of time, provides an inappropriate response, or refuses to modify the Pre-Registered content as requested by the Company, the Company will refuse the registration. In this case, the Company shall not be liable for any damage that the customer may suffer as a result of the denial.

In this connection, it must be noted that the Company does not issue receipts of outward foreign currency remittance requests in paper form. For Foreign Currency Fund Transfer Between Sony Bank Accounts, the receipt of the outward foreign currency remittance request will not be issued and the transaction number, the details of the request will be indicated using the method prescribed by the Company.

In this connection, it must be noted that the Company does not issue receipts of outward foreign currency remittance requests in paper form.

In this case, the currency in which the payment will be made, the currency exchange rate and fees, etc. to be applied shall be decided pursuant to the applicable laws, regulations, and customary practices of the concerned countries as well as the procedures of the Concerned Banks:

2.For Foreign Currency Fund Transfer Between Sony Bank Accounts, if the beneficiary does not have a foreign currency account for the currency that will be requested to be transferred, then the foreign currency fund transfer request cannot be accepted.
