4. Purpose of use of the customer's Personal number obtained by the Company is as follows.
The Company will not use Personal numbers for any purposes other than those permitted by law.
(1)Preparation of statutory documents concerning financial instruments transactions

(3)Affairs related to registration, change, cancellation, etc. of public money receiving accounts

3. The customer shall agree that the Company provides the following customer's personal information, etc., to an organization that operates a fraudulent access detection service ("Fraud Detection Service Provider") for the following purposes and that the Fraud Detection Service Provider provides the detection results to the Company.

1.Purpose of use
Purpose of using Fraud Detection Service Provider:
The information provided by the Company will be used for the following purposes by matching it with personal information or personal-related information owned by the Fraud Detection Service Provider.
・For the purpose of detecting fraudulent sign-ins
・To improve the security of fund transfer transactions and to detect spoofing and other fraudulent transactions

2.Information to be provided
Customer name, transaction information (account number, account holder name, account opening date, fund transfer request date, fund transfer amount, remitter name, telephone number, email address, etc.), beneficiary information (beneficiary bank, beneficiary bank code, branch number, beneficiary account number, etc.), fund transfer limit amount, fund transfer fee, usage environment (sign-in date and time, IP address, UA (User Agent), time zone, connected area of the country or region, language setting, OS, and other cookie information (terminal ID))

Article 2 - Transfer Application
2.The Company may temporarily suspend a submitted transfer request to verify the transaction details. This could result in the delay of the Transfer or the refusal of the Transfer Application.

4.At the time if the Company receives a Transfer Application, or at the time of receipt if the Company receives an application for scheduled Transfer, the customer must check the receipt number and details of his/her application which will be displayed on the Terminal, etc.

2.The Company may temporarily suspend acceptance of a Transfer Application and contact the customer to verify the provided information. This could result in the delay of the Transfer or the refusal of the Transfer Application.

4.At the time when the Transfer Agreement defined in Article 3 is concluded if the Company receives a Transfer Application, or at the time of receipt if the Company receives an application for scheduled Transfer, the customer must check the receipt number and details of his/her application which will be displayed on the Terminal, etc.

3.As set forth in Article 2 (1), the customer using the Sony Bank App shall be deemed to have consented to the use of FraudAlert by Caulis Inc. ("Caulis") and to provide with personal information and other information, etc., to Caulis as described by Sony Bank in the following:
(1) Purpose of using FraudAlert: To investigate and analyze conditions of use and to detect and prevent fraudulent sign-ins and fraudulent use that may violate laws and/or terms and conditions, etc.
(2) Information to be provided: customer name, transaction information (account number, account holder name, account opening date, fund transfer request date, fund transfer amount, remitter name, telephone number, email address, etc.), beneficiary information (beneficiary bank, beneficiary bank code, branch number, beneficiary account number, etc.), fund transfer limit amount, fund transfer fee, usage environment (sign-in date and time, IP address, UA (User Agent), time zone, connected area of the country or region, language setting, OS, and other cookie information (terminal ID))
(3) Management of the information provided to Caulis Inc.: The information obtained by Caulis Inc. will be managed in accordance with its privacy policy (https://caulis.jp/privacy/).

(1)Purpose of using FraudAlert: To investigate and analyze conditions of use and to prevent fraudulent use.
(2)Information to be obtained: usage history, device information (carrier name, keyboard name, language, screen size, fraudulent device detection, battery status and remaining power), and user-installed application information (Caulis Inc. does not obtain personal identity information).
(3)Management of the information obtained by Caulis Inc.: The information obtained by Caulis Inc. will be managed in accordance with its privacy policy (https://caulis.jp/privacy/).
