There have been cases of customers' passwords (account sign-on password, transaction PIN, security questions, etc.) stored on computers, smartphones, email, and cloud services being stolen by unauthorized access, resulting in the unauthorized transfer of funds from customers' bank accounts.
Please exercise caution when managing your passwords.

To ensure you do not fall victim to unauthorized fund transfers

Refrain from storing passwords on your computer, smartphone, email, or cloud services (except for secure password management tools and services). Also, do not send them in an email.

Avoid storing passwords or photos of your cash card on your computer or smartphone, or sending them in an email.
