When will I use my email address 2?

Notifications from Sony Bank are usually delivered to your registered "email address 1" (*). If you like, you can register another email address "email address 2" for notifications. The following notifications (1 to 3) can be sent to "email address 2" individually.

1. If you make fund transfer in Japanese yen to Sony Bank
2. If you have entered an incorrect Cash card PIN
3. If you use card (cash withdrawal)
(*) Important notices may be sent to "email address 2 " if Sony Bank cannot deliver the notification to your registered "email address 1".
